Formerly known as the Walnut Street Community Health Center, Family Healthcare of Hagerstown has provided a comprehensive range of affordable healthcare services to the greater Washington County Maryland community for over a decade. DatAchieve Digital helped rebrand the medical center, providing logo design, stationery, print collateral, signage, and website design and development.
Client Needs
A Federally Qualified Health Center, Family Healthcare receives public funding to provide health services to underserved areas and populations, regardless of ability to pay. The center also provides services to insured patients and strives to maintain a balance between both. As Walnut Street transitioned into its new identity as Family Healthcare of Hagerstown, it was faced with the challenge of maintaining relationships with existing patients and providers while repositioning itself to offer a broader range of services and attract more insured clients.
Solution
DatAchieve Digital provided Family Healthcare with an updated brand, including logo design, development of a bright, new color palette, print collateral, and signage, that better reflected the message and direction of the new practice. Before launch, announcements on the Walnut Street and by email prepared patients for the upcoming change. DatAchieve incorporated redirects into the new website to ensure that visits to old pages were correctly redirected to new content. The new Family Healthcare website includes a responsive design that adapts for viewing on tablet and mobile devices, content that can easily be managed by medical staff, email marketing tools, and social media integration − all on one easy-to-use platform.
