DatAchieve Digital provided high-resolution architectural renderings for the Bowman Development 28 South property that were used in signage, advertising, and interactive displays. Architectural renderings can be used to digitally visualize an area before it is built out, helping buyers and tenants imagine themselves in the space.
Bowman Development is offering the ballroom in the historic Schindel-Rohrer building in Hagerstown, Maryland as office space. With over 4,000 square feet of open space, the company needed a way to show potential tenants how the area might be utilized.
DatAchieve photographed and measured the room, used CAD tools to build the area in 3D, and worked with Bowman staff to determine the most suitable layout and materials to show the space and the prominent window overlooking South Potomac Street.
