Designed by Tammi Bricker while employed with KOTA in Frederick, Maryland, the UNICOR Annual Report included art direction, photography, graphic design, and print production. UNICOR, also know as Federal Prison Industries, Inc., is a wholly owned government corporation created to help train and rehabilitate inmates Federal Bureau of Prisons. FPI is restricted to selling its products and services to Federal government agencies and has no access to the commercial market.
