Based in Frederick, Maryland, just a short drive from Washington DC, Life & Discovery is an association providing health, education, and community outreach services to the greater Frederick County Maryland community. Staffed largely by volunteers, Life & Discovery quickly outgrew its original informational website and needed to find a way to more-effectively engage members and promote a dialog with the surrounding community. The new Life & Discovery website and tools have enabled the association to better organize volunteers and staff and provides a more cohesive identity for the organization.
